If these mounts are to hard for someone, maybe this should be a good solution:

Those are really bad design. There is no hard surrounding around the rubber/poly bushing and it will flex like OE mounts. And if there is metal to metal contact they will be really noisy.

I'm all out, sorry to miss your question dkw_dude, but there will be more to come, but cant confirm any timetable.
Today after long period of figuring it out, I have managed to made long bushing to start with, urS4 gearbox mounts use 40mm long bushing, 1.8T model uses 50mm long same stuff, typ89/s2 gearboxmount uses 20 and 17mm of aluminium etc etc. now I can easily cut what is needed.
