Please vote here to place your interest in a complete set of replacement turbo hoses for the 3B engine. This will likely be manufactured by SFS. Price is not yet known - I'm trying to guage the level of interest right now to help with quotations. Please don't vote unless you are serious as we'll only get a falsely high number which won't reflect the true price if we end up committing a smaller batch.
Any ideas about the schedule of these 3B hoses? My MAF-turbo hose has four holes in it. Have to figure out somekind of temporary fix. Perhaps polyurethane sealant and self vulcanising tape will do the trick.
Will the hoses be sold separately (one at the time) by SFS when the set is done? I'd need only this one and the short one to throttle body. Will samco sell separately their hoses as the ABY and 3B throttle body hose is the same part?
I'd be interested in being able to get separate pieces as well as full sets, and I would like them to be available in blue. I have Samco turbo-to-intercooler and intercooler-to-intake pipe, but didn't even realize the intake pipe-to-throttle body could also be silicone until I saw the pic. I'd also be interested in a MAF sensor-to-turbo hose, but less so since that hose doesn't see pressure (right?).

Hey, speaking of according hose, or Michelin Man hose as some like to call it, I have a Samco one and the internal diameter of it is smaller than I'd like. It is as if they went "in" instead of "out" of the air path to form the convolutions.
Why on earth wouldn't they make the ridges larger than a straight hose, instead of constricting the airflow? Am I the only one that noticed this or has a concern? It's an aftermarket performance part for Pete's sake!
