Aluminium Hose Plug DV, PCV etc

I made one to fit the pipe I found, I think it looks ok, what do you think? It's a fairly easy fit, I went for 26,27 and 33mm for the diameters, the spigot is about 25mm long.
There's the opportunity to get a little clever with the finish, eg. chamfer the end, concentric rings etc? Should I hollow it to lighten? I think a wall thickness of 3mm should be fine.
If you think it looks ok I'll make another and send you the pair to try out.

John, could you make up something like these but with some sort of adapter to pressurize the intake pipes when testing for boost leaks?

removed mine last week, and i can swear its running cooler!!:eek2:
about 1 digit maybe, weather its down to it been bloody freezing last few days
or a better flow of air into the engine bay, who knows

Yep could do, which pipe would you want it to fit? MAF -Turbo?

So same size as MAF o/p spigot with a hole for a tyre valve in the middle?
Could prolly use a pull-in type valve for alloy wheel. Or a bolt-in bike type..
