5x112 conversion. The other way.

    Redrill 4x108 to 5x112. One of the holes nearly matches, rest must be drilled. Material is soft, drills easily. Or you can surf through a brake parts manufacturers catalog, there should be disc parameters listed and compare them (diameter, thickness, hat height), maybe S2 discs does fit in your case.

      The diameter of the S2 disc is 276mm, which is 4mm less than my orginals, and the thickness is 3mm more. So theoretically with a less thick brake pad, i think it would be possible to assemble.

        Tt 8n / s3 8l front caliper carrier for 312mm disc
        a6 2006 314mm discs
        passat b5 calipers..

        Washer to space the carrier away from hub.

        cheap upgrade
