Redrill 4x108 to 5x112. One of the holes nearly matches, rest must be drilled. Material is soft, drills easily. Or you can surf through a brake parts manufacturers catalog, there should be disc parameters listed and compare them (diameter, thickness, hat height), maybe S2 discs does fit in your case.

Guys, im about to do the 5x112 conversion on a 94 2.6 v6 quattro avant ive just bought. Ive got a set of s2 hubs & brakes for the front, just trying to confirm that for the rears a B5 front hub wont fit? I can get a 2.5tdi quattro front hub for a lot cheaper than the rear ones!
Also will the bearing thats already on the car fit the new hubs? or do i need a new bearing as well? CheersTime waits for no man. Unless that man is Chuck Norris.

Avant has the 82mm bearings on the rear vs the 75mm of coupe and sedan.
B5 quattro sedan rear hubs do fit, but have a different offset.

Have to disagree.
My 1993 80 B4 sedan V6 quattro has 75mm rear bearings...

edit: didn't catch the question about the avant. Yes, avant has 82mm bearings in the front and rear.
Autewo.de has conversion hubs available for both bearing sizes.Last edited by struikie; 5 May 2022, 10:25.| project | 1993 Audi 80 VR6 turbo quattro |

Bumping up this old thread in the hope someone can provide a little more detailed instructions on the following as i've just acquired a set of C4 hubs to fit to the front of my B4 80 Quattro
C4A6 quattro rear and B4 front are identical except for one thing. "All you have to do is machine down bit of metal in the middle"
Anyone have pics and or instructions on how much and where you machine down?
Appreciated.
