The car has a custom made interior, green black, and red leather. Even the roof is leathercoatedy, everything was made by quattro gmbh. I have even heard roumors that this car was first owned by oneof the Audi directors in Ingolstadt, I have his name but I`m not quite sure..The car also has solar cell roof hatch, this was a very expensive and rare product you could order as extra equipment in 1991
I've *never* seen the solar roof ever fitted to the Coupe. A very nice feature but it mustabeen a mighty expensive option. That interior sounds wacky - if you can get all the paperwork on that car it would certify its precious status alright. Very nice !
Has got me thinking about colour coding the sills again......
Its disconnected for a reason, in the past when I pushed the pedal to the metal, then cut the gas, stepped on the clutch and held it down, the car just died on me! When I disconnected the valve everything works fine, and the car hasnt died since. I have a buddy with an RS2 who had the same problem, and "fixed" it just like me. About the pics, if the weather is good today I will take some and post them later.
Yes. I knew that, but I havent noticed any increase in the fuel consumption whatsoever..Do you have any other solutions on how I could solve my problem?
It`s been a long time since I have updated my thread now..
From now on I`m gonna try to do it much more often, since the rebuilding of my car is well at hand..more pics coming later tonight.
