well i've just kissed the front-end goodbye!

after 3 months waiting for my 034 motorsport engine and gearbox mounts they arrived on thursday, so this weekend i set about fitting them. Today after a few small set-backs and burning my neck from a stray nut (i was grinding off the downpipe to cat flange!) i got it finished.

Now it was time to take it for a run to make shure everything is working as it should be. I got 2 miles from the garage, just as i was make my way around the first corner past the quarry she started understeering then the backend snaped around i gave it a bit of opposite lock but it was beyond saving and ended slamming in to the ditch head first.

There goes my plans for takeing the rs2 down to glasgow with the family. i'll just have to resort to takeing the old mazda 121

i can now add:

*rs2 front bumper + fog lights, indicators, grills, ect..
*rs2 rear bumper
*N/S front wheel arch liner
*both rs2 ellipsoid headlights
*windscreen washer bottle
(plus some other bits around the front end)

... to the shopping list

give me a shout if u know any parts going for sale?

It would be like trying to push two magnets together! The more you moved the bumper nearer the car, the more the car will move away from the bumper.
