yesterday i bled the brakes third time and I went for a short ride to see if the brakes are now rock solid. Its better then before, but its still not good... there is a quite pedal travel and after i push brake pedal few times, the travel is shorter after this. Seems there is still some air there
Yes, I have a pressure bleeder on the top of the brake fluid container, so there was about 1 bar positive pressure in the whole brake system. I also triggered the ABS selenoids and ABS pump during bleeding ..but now i will try to pump it with two people.
The bumper is painted. Yesterday I bought indicators, so I have to mount them fully. Also bought some honeycomb mesh to fill that bumper with that. Thinking of painting the IC to black to keep it more "stealthy".
Brakes feel good, or I get used to it So not sure but will see on the MOT how the brakes brake, but I think it's good.
Have to made some bumper mounts, front one are almost done, but those on the sides I have to figure it out.
Mesh added into the bumper, also the indicators are mounted...Still struggling to fit the side mounts in the wheel arches. But at least its looks much better now.
IC is painted to have more stealth look
Finally bumper is fitted...Hopefully it will stays there after MOT and some driving Next on the to-do list is an install dashboard. Hope i will find all the screws for the dashboard
Nothing happened for a long time, because I was working on the Porsche. But I want to go to the MOT in two or three weeks. The biggest problem and the biggest problem is that due to the thicker water cooler and the location of the electric servo, there is no shrouding around the radiator and when the car is stationary, it overheats quite a bit. It is around 100 degrees, which seems quite a lot to me. I honestly don't want to redo the servo and change the radiator to a thin sheet metal one. I will try to at least do some air guidance from the front of the car before the car goes to the MOT and I will turn on the fan with a button on the tablet so that I don't have to wait for the temperature to get high.
I thought about using some coolant booster, but I don't know to what extent it works and whether it's just a waste of money.

beautiful work Tom...re:ducting - you need to think about sealing the path from the grille to the front of the radiator as much as possible so the only place the air has to go is through your radiator and not around it. Same for the fan side -you want to shroud the fan. The main problem with the side mount radiator is that there is no where for the air to go (exit) after the radiator, so you are fighting against a lack of an obvious air flow path. Thank you,
Yes, you are right, i have to make something similar like your nephews car. It looks nice.. What material is that? Its secured via screws? Some flanges on the radiator? welded or glued? Thanks
Finally found a culprit of not working ABS. It was a bad combi relay and a diff switch PCB. Could someone take a pictures of how not butchered PCB should looks like? Thank you
I'm pretty sure I've a couple of spare 3B diff lock switches if you need one and I think another one may already be in bits, will try and take a look at some point today for you. A knackered difflock switch will normally cause the ABS light to stay on so you've almost certainly found your problem.

K Simmonds There were two types of diff switches. The early one (longer push button) and late one (smaller button). I have early one, so if you have the early one laying somewhere around, please take some detailed pics of that PCB and routes. It will help me a lot to replicate a new PCB or at least know how it was back then. Many thanks
