The purple back plate us a trademark of the old and now defunct ITS, Innovative Turbo Systems, outfit. A couple of the employees formed Comp Turbo 3 years ago. They feature an enhanced version of the old ITS dual Ceramic ball bearing technology but dropped the anodized purple back plate. This turbo has been fully rebuilt by Comp and now features an all new bearing section, new design seals and a billet copressor wheel. It is now a CT43-6768 RB. This turbo has put down 755hp at the wheels before the billet wheel.
