  • Breitlings new RS2 II

    When my Indigo pearl blue RS2 was stolen i didnt know what to do. Should i buy a new one and start all over again? Maybe Bmw M3 is the thing... i almost got my self a Porsche 993. But no................ RS2 is and will always be a very fun and nice car

    So the decision was clear- i got to get a new one. The stolen one was to expensive to rebuild. So heres the result..

    Audi RS2 95 Model- 143 000 km
    The body is modified a bit:
    -no rails
    -no door sills
    -no rear window washer
    -side signal lights from golf 4
    -front bumper with larger air intake and no fog lights
    -tinted windows
    -modified hood with air intakes
    -Rieger side skirts
    -painted b/c covers
    -painted windshield wiper arms
    -modified grill
    -rear wing


    Wheels
    -19" Porsche motorsport wheels (light weight)
    -Pirelli Pzero 255/30-19

    Brakes
    -Porsche GT3 calippers and discs front / rear

    Coilovers
    -Kw 2 (will go for H&R)
    -Neuspeed anti roll bar
    -Polyflex bushes all the way

    Interior
    -Black leather. Modified with carbon by me lately
    -Porsche 996 turbo gear shifter( will go for RS4 knob)
    -Alcantara steering wheel

    Stereo
    -Dynabel 6 channel amplifier
    -Polk Audi sound system
    -Pioneer cd player
    -Pioner 10" subwoofer

    And last but not least the engine.

    -2,2 I5 Turbo powered by ACE COMPETITION / HOHENESTER
    -3,5" downpipe and exhaust from Ferrita with race cat
    -Ported head with stronger springs
    -Ported IM (org)
    -Ported EM (org)
    -Je pistons (8,5 comp)
    -Verdi rods
    -Alu fly wheel
    -Sinter clutch (short shift)
    -Big intercooler
    -HKS valve
    -Hohenester cams
    -Kkk 27 (Hohenester prepped) Running 1,6 bar. (soon to be netics super 50)
    -bosch 044 fuel pump
    -Kn airfilter (inside box)

                looks like you fared well with the loss and the new gain cuz that car is badass...
                its already all done just as the old'n, so you really didnt' take a step backwards...

                            Nice bounce back, glad there was a silver lining to the previous episode.

                            Rude questions, Was it bought in Germany and are there loads like this or it a very lucky once off find for you? If bought in Germany, what is the approximate price range one would expect to have to pay in euros for a similarly modified / condition car?
