I REALLY feel for you. We all put SOOOO much work into our cars, to have this happen would break my heart. I hope you and your friends make a fast recovery. Great pictures of her, make the pictures large and print them, then frame the pictures and put them on your wall to keep forever.

      Good luck,
      Martyn

          Zen,

I am devastated, too. At the same time I praise the solid construction of your Coupe. It saved you for the next one....

              Good god
              Really sorry to see this
Glad to hear you all got out ok.
What speed were you doing when you flipped out?

This makes me feel nervous about my driving again, time to take stock and think for a bit.

              Good luck with the recovery

F£$%^ I just looked at the pics again, now they're all loaded, you are lucky to have survived that one, someone is looking after you, take it easy eh?
Wow, glad you're still here too Newsh
2 days intensive care my god your leg has got to be way fatter than mine
Hope you recover fully too soon

Damn, went through the crash again and you can see what a damn slippery road that can be when moist, I can get so mad at myself that I floored it there and then to show what these things are capable of but heck, no use dwelling on the past....

My best m8 (wasn't in the car) came by today, made me laugh quite alot, that's good for the recovery. I made a joke too saying I wish I were driving an S2 now, screaming out in pain every time I had to press in the clutch, but still have a smile on my wrecked face
Not sure yet what made me say that ......

You guys are tremendous, this forum is absolutely great

about 65 mph, it was a long right bend after a short straight and quick accel from 5-65. Right at the start of the bend my rear started breaking out, I corrected too strong and flew off the other side of the road....
damn there is so little room for error out there
