      None of my doing

The front is a little too high even with a 24v under the bonnet.

Are lass's brother had a E30 325is with a 2.7 Alpina replica engine, kinda a stroker engine really. You use the 525e bottom end and mate it to the E30 325 top,hey presto...................but end happy(so to speak) Stupid quick handled really well and went side ways for fun.Only problem was the clutch! Sold it on eBay not s long ago and got a skyline GTS R33, plus he has a track prepped Subaru and a couple of other cars to prat about with.
Just some finishing touches to do now

LOL @ Andy. Another toy to play with. A 318 will handle better than a 325.

What have you got in there Bry? An M50?

As it's a low cost daily fitting an M50 doesn't quite fit the bill. The money would be better spent on something S2 based!

IF I defect properly then an M50 or an S50 E30 with M3 running gear is very near the top of the list

It's not really powerful enough to get sideways in second unless it's horrid weather. First is too easy, I've had to be soooo careful having only had fwd cars and then the S2! Wonder what an E36 etc. are like cos the E30 is a bit older and has smaller tyres, although they are Michelins so you'd expect them to be quite good.
