Great looking original car you have there, looks mint and rare 2.0 NM 20V too.
1986 Coupe q - 2281cc 3B, chargecooler, 2.75" exh & downpipe, ported head, water injection, CGR box, modified MD357 turbo, 440cc injectors, high power coil.
2004 A4 2.5TDi convertible, re-mapped to 180bhp
2011 A5 sportback 3TDi-Backbox delete, remap -

When I bought the car, at 3 months, I thought they were buying a 7A. However a friend who also has a Coupe Quattro 7A walked to the car and felt the car's behavior was not the same as his. Then I discovered that here in Portugal Coupe Quattro all did not come with motor 7A but NM.
This engine came out here and in Italy.
I have applied to mete same turbo but the ideal was to get the full mechanics of an RS2. It is not easy to find..: MINI Cooper D 08' :.

Yes, the course is the same as the stroke is 81mm which is 83mm compared to the 7A engine.
My engine has the same bore (81mm) than the S2. Just put RS2 pistons to stick with 2226cm3. Very easy..: MINI Cooper D 08' :.

Tough to make a 7A or NM into a RS2 ADU. You might be better off with 034's new 7A turbo kit:

are the tyres allround the same size? Fronts look smaller, that could kill your drivetrain.

Yesterday i bought new four tyres. 225/45/17.
When i bought wheels had in front axle 205/40/17 and rear 255/40/17. I drive car 50km with this tyres and yesterday bought new tyres.
