Do you forget i break cars
got loads of spare hoses. Also got loads of hoses from when i worked as a agricultural engineer so finding one wasn't hard.
Ive managed to fit my nicely painted calipers this morning, no pictures yet but ive stumbled onto a problem
The union on the brake pipe from the ABS unit was seized
i had anticipated this and brought a pipe flaring tool home from work
The tool made up the copper link pipe but it wont flare the pipe i need it to
The pipe is coated in plastic (i think it original) and doesnt look like its made of copper.
When i try to flare it it just pushes the pipe out the clamp
We have got other flaring tools at work so will bring one of those home tomo but wondered if anybody has come across this before?

I never gave the hoses a thought TBH so seeing your post is timely! Did you happen to have some hose bits lying around to use that would be my guess? I ask as i know audi are ridiculously expensive on rubber hoses. Great work there Shaun and the "special brew" alc 9% content.
turned out to be a nut

and the crank bolt was not tight

Mine is a contitech belt correct one and on the back it also reads Nissan Bluebird 1.8. The indignation makes you cringe!
