I like to make detailed pictures of the water cycle. Also from the water cooler itself.

That would be fantastic. I am looking at rebuilding the water cooling system on my b4 80 quattro.
Also , what power steering pump did you use ?

Do you have a build thread on facebook ?
      Thanks

I do not have any rebuilding ad at Facebook. I have the servopump of the B4 V6 installed and me a suitable line pressed.

I will go to the cooling system again in winter. An even larger fan is installed. For this purpose, an additional water cooler.

          Hello everyone,

i haven't written anything here in the forum for a long time. But now I would like to be more active here again.
A little has changed on the vehicle since 2016. Then there are also a few pictures.

In 2017 there was an engine revision and the water cooler was changed because the temperatures in summer were too high for me.

At the start of the 2018 season, I donated the car a new BN-Pipes exhaust system from Kat. There were also new catalytic converters.
A few weeks earlier, I changed the gearbox. Right from the start, I used a V6 diesel transmission. After a long search I was able to find and install an original S8 DGV gearbox.
Shortly afterwards I was finally able to buy platinum gray RS2 Recaros. At the same time, the door panels were reupholstered.
In the summer there was a change in the cooling system. Conversion to original Audi 80 cooler.
At the end of 2018, a good friend made a short video.

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmyW...ature=youtu.be

The 2019 season began with new wheel bearings and new joints on the drive shafts.
At the end of the season, after years of searching, I was finally able to buy a good set of BBS LM127s. These have been completely reworked.

In winter 2019/2020 I changed a few things that had bothered me for a long time.
The oil filter was moved, the torque bracket was rebuilt, there was a new water cooler including a new fan frame made of aluminum. I also changed the V-ribbed belt drive. Some parts were powder coated in black.
After almost 9 years there was a new coilover kit. A good friend from Audiland.de gave me a good offer for a modified KW V3 at the end of 2019, which was delivered in May. However, it was not installed until August. Of course there were also modified rear strut mountings.

          And finally some current pictures.

What a great build. Silly remark given all the skilled and thoughtful work but I've always preferred the look of avants over the saloons - this has made me see things differently. Thanks for sharing!

                                Great job mate

                                One question, really two:

                                - who modifications of the KWs?

                                - who better? H&R or KW?

Ps. I'm disappointed with my KW v1
