Thats the lock carrier plate on the front. With the latches.
I borrowed it and molded it. That way I can reproduce a carbon piece from it.

Couple of days ago I had a meeting with the only sport quattro owner in Holland. This guy has a blue sq. He invited me to measure and examin his sq. He owns it just for a month now. He will be restoring the drivetrain because of heavy salt corrosion. It was great to have a close look at an original sq. And in the driving it. That meet realy made my day.
