  • hehe :mischeif:
For now I want to concentrate on the car and not the engine. So I'll be pulling the S2 engine and gearbox and transplant that in the sq. Then make sure everything fits and where mandatory modifie sheetmetal brackets etc etc. So for now the k27 remains on the engine. But when finance lets me I'll buy a nice turbo for some more oempfff
There's a change the sq project will be on hold in 2007 as I will need to search for a new job, sadly.....

    • damned thats ****. No high octane sprinting in holland. Cees probably isnt driving because he maybe has to invest in some machines for his business so he told me. Would be sad if no car is driving in 2007.

It's a very complete system for a descent price. It does require subdtantial know how on installing the whole lot. But then again on wich ems not.....

          • They are still having some problems over 6000 rpm with trigger errors though iirc?
has the new firmware been developed yet or is it a soution still outstanding?

once that it sorted...I would defo buy a VEMS

            • That problem is solved. The problem only occured on systems used with the hall in the dizzy. above 6K rpm the dizzy hall and TDC signals were out of sync. A crude solution was to open up the window more of the hall with a power file. The dutch developer also told me the problems supposed to be sorted now. We'll soon see if thats true.

                Hmm. Interesting.
Are you still using hall inside the dizzy?
                or ADU hall location/and sensor?

I just bought an ADU head
so now I can bin the dizzy I hope!

                • I'm using a 3B head. But I'm binning the dizzy aswell. I'm machining a steel pin in an ally campully. Then I can run a VR sensor with it as cam reference.
