can you give me some hints and specs on that car?? I am going to build an ur quattro, and going for 500-600hp.
what intake manifold and ex.mani are you using??. where can i get this??
really nice by the way
inlet manifold is custom designed and made by me .sort of replica of imsa and s1 it was made that way because i wanted to run nitrous and designed for the future with that in mind .
if i ever decide to run nitrous i can weld some bosses for the nozzels but any reverse manifold should be good for high horsepower .and the tubulor exhaust manifold was made by tims ( imsa tim on the forum) mate who used to work for qr sport in cheshire .
if you want good power for your quattro go for after market ecu you can do so much more with them than the standard motronic.
you have to do the usual things first though like strengthening the engine and porting the head 3 inch exhaust or 3.5 inch all the way from the turbo gt series turbo's different cams uprated clutch lighter flywheel uprated injectors and so on if you search on the forum you will find lots of info on big power engine conversions .if you need any advice just pm me .jamil
breitling its not quite finished yet i still have some work to do on it .besides everyone is aiming for 600 bhp + so i'm getting left behind need to catch up .but yeah it does feel good to finish a project after 4 years of hard work and swearing .its not a car you can keep a low profile in ,it gets a lot of attention on the road
Looks nice and a great example of quattro goodness . I bet you haven't given yourself enough 'pat on the back' for a 4year endurance. well done bud all the way.
