      • So not too much happening at the moment.

"Struggling" a bit with my ABS rear sensors that doesn't want to work, or they work now and then probably a bad splice from me.
Have to order some new one with the correct plug, dont want to splice/fix the wires for an easy fix even if it's cheap.

Ordered the Febi "brakebomb" from Autodoc since it was 33% off at the time, so going to change that later on.

        • So started refreshing the headliner board, preparing it for the new cloth which I ordered from my friend Vardan (the ones who make the s2 badges front/rear).

Started grinding the glue off the board, glue everywhere but better than paying someone 170 euro to do it (yes 170 euro they wanted for removing the glue)..
          Gotta love Norway

          • Got the new cloth by post, a bit crunchy and probably being cold, warm, cold, warm on the transport route from Armenia.
My friend has a friend who works with interior so they tried finding something to match as good as possible, was 6-7 different colors of the "Ecru beige" so I hope it will look okay when its installed in my car. Color from picture is lying a bit, it looks similar to the rest of the interior when in sunlight.

Let it stay for a day or two on the table, been steaming it a bit and run a cloth/towel on tup of it and ironing it with very low heat. Seems to do the trick.

            • Fixed the vacuum hoses finally from the intake manifold, changed out 90% of the old rubber hoses to new ones.
Going to go over it and do a vacuum/boost test later on when I have the time

              • Bought new exhaust, Simon rear muffler 3" and Simons middle silencer and a 3" racecat. Going to get the exhaust sorted out soon.

But discovered that me and my friend was a bit in a hurry when we fitted the subframe bushings, the old alu bushings had the largest part on top so we blindly
followed that when inserting them, So the car is put together of course but now **** has to come off again :/ more work
And of course it had to be the subframe bushings that were all wrong, since we just sold the car lift at our shop.. great ..

                • Bought complete interior (in grey color) , think its the 3rd complete interior Ive bought since I got the car 1 year ago
But this has no holes, rifts.

Going to try and repaint it black, We'll see how it turns out stashed it in my fathers garage while im working on some other stuff.

Im not a big fan of leather seats but I think it looks good so not sure what to do, got it at a really good price so think Ill try and use it

                  • So got a hold of a S2 bumper, been fixed and plastic welded, the holes for the headlight washers has been removed, which I kinda like.
not a big fan of the clumpy old washers its okay but yeah.. no..

Not sure if I'll keep it or sell it, going to be a long time before I can afford a respray on my car, even if its necessary

It's a pain to hear that Always loved this grey interior, but it's impossible to find reasonable one in my location. I have black. Yours looks pretty decent.

                        • No. Shipping would cost as much as my whole car even if it is possible at all.

                            • So starting to fix the headliner, ran out of glue but 4/5 is finished. okay for a first timer

Did a cold/warm compression test, numbers look a bit off, looks too good. Might be some other problem but engine sound clean when running.

Changed the brake bomb to a new one from Febi, autocheck dont beep anymore

ABS is a bit weird now, it lights on all the time in ignition but as soon as I start the car its gone. Wasn't like that earlier.. gotta find out later what it is

                              • Installed the headliner in the car, put in the old seats temp before I find a solution for what kind of seats to use.
Car is going away to another shop soon to get exhaust built and a 4 wheel alignment, so not much happening these days mostly other work.
