    Thanks
As Andy stated, he can make them or Ultra. I don't want to step on any toes, but I did buy two complete sets of mounts (front, rear & parking brake) from Andy to help him get the pricing down.

The pulley set up is stock aan. I dont have the part number to hand for the bracket that you need but they should be readily available in the states as you had a load of 100 s4 over there. It bolts straight on

Not quite sure I understand. do you have pictures? I am mocking up a cardboard intercooler now to send off to be built. The max size I can get is 26" wide x 12" tall x 3.5 to 4 " wide.....I also want to get the oil cooler built below the intercooler if possible. If you have other options, please share.

Took the leap of faith and cut the front cross member out after notching the center section of the cross member I made....I figured it was eaiser to do now than later.

Did you make the crossmember from aluminium?
if I recall correctly, the clearance is about the same from stock sub frame and Verkline, the Verkline has a notch which provides more clearance.

Cross member is 1 1/2” .090 steel tubing. I might notch and fill around the pulley to add some 3xtra clearance and add a support for the engine snub support

Built a front chassis cross support so I can cut the center section out and have room for a bigger inter-cooler and oil cooler. I welded plates onto each side and used thread inserts, so the cross member can easily be removed or installed. Its a tight fit just clearing the engine pulley and sits nicely behind the bumper.

The car came with a very nice custom made 3" stainless steel exhaust system, probably the nicest thing on the car. Sadly, I have to change the engine side and the rear end, due to the Verklin S2 sub frame. I built a new section for the new header, turbo, waste gate, added a O2 port and wrapped in heat wrap. I also have a Funk turbo blanket to help minimize the heat.
This was very time consuming to get everything to fit and maximize clearances, my hat is off to those guys who build exhaust systems that look like jewelry.
