Nice work! couple of years ago i planned to start same type of project but instead of that i went to sedan way

If i just have checked this forum when i was searching/buing SPQ bodykit.. i bought rear and front fenders from one fellow who claimd to make SPQ sets (made original molds from normal Coupe Quattro by own tiny hands i think) Now i have fenders wich fits imperfectly, fiberglass surface is fullfilled insufficient and shapes are incorrect or twisted. One strange thing, packingtape strips attached to front fenders from mold.. not just one stripe but X times more , i guess who made those parts must be drunk.. anyway, this is a part of hobby

bodykit - pictures give too good impression of what they are in real life

nah, those rear fenders went to serious modifing anyway, body isnt coupe, its sedan

my fenders are ok nor 100% but i think i will survive.

looking good so far,make sure you remove all that soundproofing underlay while you are welding,my friends mk1 escort went up in flames because he left a small piece of carpet inside while he was welding up the centre tunnel,his whole garage went up in flames had tins of paint popping through the roof like fireworks

what dashboard are you going to use zlobo ? is it going to be a custom one ?

i am going to rebuild an original to make ti look like an sportquattro dash. so i will use a instrument cluster from an A200

i was going to do the same at first but changed my mind i had 200 dash but gave it back to the person i bought of . it will look good

tonight i managed to replace the bushes in the front
old vs new one

nearly finished just need to....

they are good to go only some new paint :bump:

here some smal updates..
Lifted in the engine and the gearbox to see if everything can fit i can se that its much les space here than the ABT c5. i remover the rear A-arms to replace the bushes (this is a before picture
