Can you tell me where you got the headlights from? They arn't originals right? I have been trying to get originals for mine but i cant get one of them from any dealer so i need to look at other options!

The head lights are us lights from urq.. but you can get the Passat 32B headligths if you want it to look like original sportquattro.




The fenders have now been glued on for nearly 4 days.

Cheers for that. I cant get hold of one of the passat headlights, i have tried everywhere. So it looks like second hand it the only option.

There must be some other lights that will fit?

Got a new gearbox the strongest one .

Sorry, but I don't see any oil cooler lines. The S4 V6TT and V8 gearboxes had integral oil cooler.. you sure you got the strongest one? What is the code?

This is the old urs4 gearbox and it's posible to connect cooler to this i dont remember the code.. And there is a lot of people here in sweden using this gearbox with a strong engines.

Typ 85 gearbox will fit physicaliy but it have a diffrent ratio and the main shaft is smaler.

best thing is to take a 5 speed gearbox from a ur s4 -91 -92 then you need a shorter kardan that you can take from the newer s2 93-96 and you also need som stuff from the 6 speed gearbox from s2 to link the gearstick and box together.
