had to make an enforsment of the bonnet to make it stronger.
On the saterday i broke my first joint.
maximize and chec it out in the start when the bolt brakes and the joint.

I've heard the cv joints that use a nut are a lot stronger than the hollow bolt through type but you probably know that .
What 60ft times were you getting when it let go?The ONLY S2 Golf!

ufff long time since last update...
Since last post I was o kjuladragway the grip was awesome I managed to destroy shafts inner and outer joints.
I managed only to get one run in the qualifying this time I backed up my 10s with 10,85s and 205Km/h and a 60ft 1,59s wit miss fire on all gears.
This is after first run..
this is everything i broke that day.

the lack of free time i started to tear my gearbox that i screwed up on the action meet
here can we se the 5th gear.
centre diff nice and clean.
Removed the turbo, iam rebuilding the em a bit.
biger flange T4 so now i can have biger turbine housing
removing the 5th gear.

Pepper mill, a litle bad bearings not strange that the gearbox vas noysy from the first day.
Picture on the bad parts.
good to have some shelfs to put the parts on.
not so much left on the gearbox.
Removed the front diff and found another bering that was bad.
Diff parts cleaned.
I also started with the rear diff checked the bearings.
Now i am looking to find a solution how to cool my rear diff, any ideas?
Got the new bearing, heated it up to 125C and got the diff out from the fridge and pused the bearing on by hand.
Removed the em and found out its ben leaking due to high backpressure.
recived the other bearing a while ago,
New bearing mounted.Heated up this bearing to 100C and droped it on its place .
Started to put the gearbox together.
replacing the flange on the em.
nearly there.
only the diff left
finished..
Turbo is back with a bigger turbinhousing.
did some test driving to test out my new gopro.
