Timucin, you'll definately need a metal one, stick with the standard rs2 one at least, thats metal. Tom can tell you all about destroying paper gaskets :-)

Head gasket set for any 20 valve turbo in the US come with metal head gasket. US $120
Also, better get RACEWARE head stud if you wanna run so much boost.
        http://www.raceware-fasteners.com or ARP..
I used RaceWare since they are specialized on VW, audi and porsche.

I haven't decided myself on the matter, but I'll mention that not everyone is on the Raceware bandwagon for 20vt's. Namely Northern European Automotive, I believe. I've heard references to some of the really high power 20vt motors using stock head bolts.

Some have said that the factory stretch bolts allow just enough give to keep things in place, and that the reusable Raceware type stuff can have the effect of damaging the head because they actually cause the hardware to sink into the soft aluminum of the head.

The reusability is a big plus to me, but I don't want to damage my head either. Of course, many people love converting to reusable studs. I just want to point out that it's not universal sentiment and an automatic decision.
