And another stroker...(90Q) Goal: 600 HP

Diesel block and crank, JE pistons, H-profile rods, ported head, Jonus camshafts, GT4094R, 1600 CC injectors, Vi-PEC V88, 5 VAG coil on plug, 6 speed RS2 tranny, cinterclutch, cheap ebay exhaust manifold, Furans intake, 3 " TB.

I am thinking of buying a new intake, but the intake I want is very expensive.. Was meant to be a cheap project, but it took a little bit off... Any comments regarding the turned 3B intake. Max HP, air distribution?

I have fired the car and test drove it. Will break in engine before I turn up the boost.
Goal is min. 600 HP at the hubs (Dynapack) with pump fuel. Will try E85 later.

I believe 5 x1600 cc will support about 1400-1500 hp on pump fuel and about 1000 hp on E85.

I dont really know what the intake pipe is for. Bought it at TESS and was quite expensive.

I dont remember the lenght of the rods, but they are longer than original. Dont know which brand.

Dont know where the oilcooler comes from. Found it in the trunk...

Which intake do you recommend? Please post some dynograph before and after new intake.

Wow! Nice project. Wenn you say this project was intended to be a cheap project, what is cheap in your eyes?

"cheap ebay exhaust manifold"? Let us know how well it holds up, since that one will probably meld away No offence!

Have you considered a Furans or Wagner IM already?

                      What sinter-clutch did you use?

Your 3B manifold should be ok, Martinsson had flow tested a RS2, 3B and a S4 reverse.

The 3B came out tops iirc. It can be found on the zatzy forum

How do you get hold of Jonus? I would like to try some of his cams

Where did you get the Rods? Did you used the 95.5 mm diesel crackshaft? Do you have th episton specifications?

I recall reading somewhere that there are 2 different 95.5 crankshafts the one was 22 Kilogramms and the other lighter. Any infos on this?
