This all depends on how you shortened the car. If you left the sheetmetal under the rear seat original (like original Sport) then these will fit no problem.

I will be doing the battery box just like you (original)
But will add one more item, full floor length channels just like the rally cars.

Let me know if you are remaking the sheetmetal quarter posts (above headlights) as well. I need a set of those.

I have most of the rest of the stuff except for the 859 805 853

I like where you put the battery box, just like original.
Are you going to use the track rod pieces? I got a pair of those as well and will be using them in my SQ.

    Cheers

I managed to purchase some of the front end. I have managed to borrow one of the pipes. And someone has let me borrow an original sport front bonnet support for the O/S.

So I am now in the process of getting all these parts reproduced for future projects...

And the last photo is the closest I can find to original, except they are electric and the headrest is a solid type. But the headrest with the hole does fit.

The door panels the seats ...AMAZING love your work man....

I then put all the running gear under it so that it can finally be moved around.

Then it was to removing the front end of the shell as it was now accessable

Then engine bay was then given it's first coat so I can be sure to get everywhere before it goes to paint.

It was then treated to several nice coats of POR15.
Inside all the chassis legs, box sections and sills have been sprayed with lashings of waxoil.

All the rubber grommets were replaced on the underside including the drains for the wheel wells etc. Then they were all covered in seam sealer and then another coat of POR15.

Here is a little update of the recent events....
All the rest of the patching and welding was completed underneath.
The gearbox selecter was replaced with one for an S2 so it's easier to use 5 or 6 speed linkage in the future.
A battery box was grafted into the floorpan, Yes the battery box is in a different orientation to normal but that's how the sport quattro was produced.
