spent quite some time to make that missing piece of tube, but it came out perfect.



this is the first flange. after the welder will do his job, i will clean the insides with a biax. should be nice.



and this is the third. same here, it will be a little harder to grind the inside, but it is not too far in...

Make sure you get the flanges grinded perfectly flat afterwards as they will probably warp a little when getting welded up

Make sure you make before and after videos of the sound difference - i think you will like it

error: hmm i think the welding will me made with the argon gas, which cools down the weld, so nothing should bend....

what kind of sound should i expect? the zorst has too much bass already

So the manny is back, the welds are not of the prettiest, as the locations are not very accessible with the welding gun... what the hell, the important thing is that the manny is perfectly sealed. i will use the heat-shield-stripe-thing...







i want to remove as much surface rust as i can before trimming it up...

yes. i found out (by pics) that the 6A TB wont be ok on my car. i will use a 2.3E 10v TB, that should work perfect, and the shape is also much better than the ACE piece. your 6A TB look even better than the 2.3, but i will mod it to have a better airflow

it will give me enough clearance to fit the manny.
