Hi skull, great work on that manifold. I have one sat at home waiting for me to do something similar with. My plans may of changed now (1.8t).
Anyway i was looking at making a spacer for the throttle body maybe about an inch. I didnt do alot of investigating but bits form a golf inlet could be used to make up a tube as they are seperate bits. also i found that the standard tube is very flexible. It might be worth seeing if you can twist it round anticlockwise a bit, creating the gap but still coming round at the right angle to join the TB?Comment

[QUOTE=SkĂĽll;443749]sure, but then the rubber tube from the ke-jet injection is useless. making a custom tube would be mind blowing...

This uses the early Golf throttle body rubber to create a new intake hose for my 10v project...maybe the meter head section from the Golf would work with a customised section in between which would allow you to exploit the sighting of the TB a little...Comment
