Lovely new daily, I know you'll like to improve it further.
Couple of issues to consider for the car.
Change the front orange indicators to clear, same "colour" as a later S2 Avant?
Cover up the chrome inserts on the door handles with a strip of black insulation tape. Worked well on my Mk 1 Golf back in the day. Powder coating in black may work as a permanent solution.
Use the same tape on the chrome rim on on the bumpers and the grille as well as around the windows to see if you like the GTI effect before putting a more permanent solution in place, to replace the GLS style trim.
Don't like the wheel arch trims, a step too far.
Do you have photo of the rear of the car, the interior, and the engine bay ? Keen to see them before you make any changes ?
In relation to the Compi;
Do you have the part number for the gearbox "shield" that attaches to the end of the engine undertray on the B4 ?
Do you have the part number for the red rear light clusters for the B4 ?
Change the white S8s back to silver ? Post # 863. Don't like the A8 7 spokes. Post # 869.
Have you got a Neuspeed rear anti roll bar fitted on the rear, well worth doing. BTDT.
Love the interior. Post # 913. Powder coat the chrome door pulls to RS2 style, it's a great upgrade you'll touch / see all the time, low cost.

Well, there is so much chrome on the car, it really feels oldschool, so i think i will add more chrome.

I really like them, and they are easy to fit, so they can be installed/removed easly, no big deal.

No changes on this subject, it will stay stock, maybe i will add the stock aux gauges and that`s it.

I found the issue, the fuel pressure regulator has a small L shaped pipe, that goes to the airbox. It was cracked, and it was only leaking at high pressure/vacuum. Changed the tube and now it revs to 7400rpm

Skull, just revelling in the earlier parts of your thread, you done most of what was in this list.a few possible ideas / annoyances / dilemmas ! ?
1. 17 inch Avus wheels with 225/45/17 ?
2. Lowering springs - 30 or 40mm drop, but to definitely give the same drop both ends, whatever the drop.
3. VW 16 Valve KR engine inlet and exhaust cam?
4. Relays for each of the H1 bulbs in the main headlights, with a 15v regulator in the alternator?
5. Black alcantera headlining to deal with the standard light coloured headlining? Matching black sun visors?
6. Bigger clip-on mirror over standard interior rear view mirror?
7. Satin black powder coat the door opening latch on each door?
8. Add interior lights to each of the four handles set into grab handle in the roof, if not already in place?
9. Aero wipers.
10. RS2 Front anti roll bar, whatever uprated one fits a saloon, Neuspeed = Avant, Whiteline = Coupe, Saloon = ?
11. Eventually funds permitting, an RS2 leather?
12. Assumptions are shocks are RS2 or Konis, all bushes and ball joints perfect or replaced with factory items from say Febi, rear brake calipers upgraded to say fresh Mk 4 Golf ones, and whatever MK 4 or R32 ones can be bolted up to the front end at minimal cost. ( the standard 280mm front brakes are not bad for a standard 140bhp engine ).
13. If you want to keep the engine, eventually head work and throttle bodies with cold air ducting, exhaust manifold ( from who ?..... custom made ? ), larger bore stainless exhaust.
Not much more after all that ? ?
Very fine car BTW, just as it is.
