450hp "(NOT)enough power" project

dont think that the problem with the stroker and the power above 6000 RPM are the 2 kilos more weight. It depends on other design specs as rod length etc -
i ask my partner. i dont know lots about it.The problem with the stroker 95.5 crank is it stops making power above 6000 rpm, by knife edging to take it to the weight of the 86.4 crank you can theorectically make and hold power to the 7300 red line.
This is countered though if you got a stroker you don't need to rev that high when driving in reality

i thinking about rs6 throttle. i have to buy to check, how can i install.
knife edging? come on jamo. we are not honda tuners. i dont think its a good idea.

Nice spec! tell us more about the electronic throttle?yes. i have a plan for winter.
i need 200 more hp and 200more nm.
the mods on this winter:
catcams camshafts
stronger valve springs
titan retainers
mech- lifters
2.6 stroker engine(tall block)
special 154mm rods
coated special race je pistons
gt35r turbo
wagner ic system
electronic throttle
2 window air conditioner
4 special drive shafts
thorsen rear diff
almost all parts i have, but i dont want to do anything in summer. i am so lazy in this weather.
If your doing 2.6 running 83mm pistons then.
For you i'd consider knife edging the stroker crank from 22kg to 20 kg same as stock 86.4 crank. I didn't do it as I'm not really bother with it being a street carLeave a comment:

LOL I've just notice the project has been changed from 450 enough power to 450 not enough power!
Missing that stroker Aron?

sure, but thats sound nice but worst to do that (correctly tuned)
Have u experience with turbocharged 7A engine (2.3 20V) ?
i think the pistons will be better with lower CR , the original 7A CR is 10,3 :1
aronmatic2 : sorry for OT

E85 is 85% Ethanol with 15% fuel mixture, wintertime it's 75% ethanol , its a bio fuel.
Tom: correctly tuned and built that should be no problem with stock pistons! (if you blow the stock pistons with 450hp you will blow the car with JE pistons or CP pistons too)Leave a comment:

E85 is a type of fuel?isnt it,

I know of a few Audis running 700-800 hp with stock pistons and E85
Pretty impressiveLeave a comment:
