Yes it is about 75 grams

No the missing bolt is the locking bolt, and when I took the pictures I was going to take the wheel off again so I didnt bother fiddeling with the locking bolt

    To audi90rs2:

The topmounts need a little work to fit in front. The nut comes in conflict with the strut brace bracket. I had to get a spacer machined to get enough clearance.

I am very satisfied with them so far, but I have only driven them for a couple of months so I dont know how long they will last. However the bearings are standard SKF and easy to replace.

Front disc from Mercedes ML 55 AMG 345mm x 32mm (Needs machining of center hole). 4 piston Wilwood FSL caliper with 1,75" diameter pistons. Custom alu brackets

Rear disc from Audi A4 QS 1,8T 03-04 mod. 312mm x 25mm (front disc). 4 piston Wilwood FSL caliper with 1,38" diameter pistons. Custom alu brackets.

Frontbrakes filling out the 18" rims quite nice

I don't think that will work... The pressure will be released trough the "main line" and back to the reservoir... (And if you install a check valve on the main line to prevent this, the brakes will not release after using the pedal)
When you run the brake line through the hand brake cylinder you will block of the main line and keep pressure in caliper. I think that is the easiest way.

I have seen 1 or 2 cars with both fitted just to cope with the regulations here, bet its easy to get the back end out if its a fly-off type handbrake

ATM I actually have no handbrake installed But I have all parts in the workshop/garage waiting to be installed.

There is no such thing as dumbass questions, if you dont ask you dont learn anything new, right?
It can be mounted in 2 different ways
The easy way is to just run the rear brakeline through the handbrake cylinder, and the advance one is with a 3-way kind of check valve. I think I will try out the easy way first and se how it works. I know it is used in rally cars etc...
I am only going to use it for parking anyway...

And we have the same rule about independant handbrake here as well

iirc it has a brake line down to the handbrake which does away with the cables and then down to the calliper, been a while since i looked into it as afaik its illegal for us to run it over here as we need and independant (cable) system to the rest of the system incase it goes wrong.
