Fair play for a lad of your age, in fact for a lad of any age this quite ambitious project. I like the way your not scared to try new things and be different. I'm sure once completed you'll have a unique RS2. Respect to you sir

I cant wait to see this project completed.
The time and effort will all be worth it.
Then it's time for a Youtube film on the track.

Also another friend promised me the coil-over sleeves should be done and posted to me when im home, hopefully have fully working coilovers in 2-3weeks if i have time when i come home..

Sitting in norway and got some MMS from my mate, (thank you Tomas )

the coil-over sleeves are nearly finished, just need some machining for the key to adjust the nuts up/down

pics on them: there are 2 nuts at the bottom, so they are not that thick)

Why use billets in stead of thin wall extrudes? Do you like to make spån? :mischeif:
What kind of thread did you use on the sleeves?
Looks like ordinairy steel to weld onto the RS2 legs.

i have not machined them, only a simple paint drawing that my mate made into cad etc. so why he used billet i dont know, Tomas, if you read this, register and answer
threads i dont know for sure either, i only said as huge as possible that fits.

yes regular blacksteel that will be spot-welded

also 1 set for sale, can maybe make more...
