Oh yeah, this will be a mean machine since i weld in new camber/caster top-mounts it will be easy to sort that out,

but i have some tips for you.

if you use an OEM style top-mount with an ball-joint inside (a few places in sweden that sells them) and get an lower ball joint that goes straight out instead of the OEM that is angeled towards the back of the car you well get more caster, i think some VAG cars have ball-joints that go straight out instead, that hopefully have the same bolt pattern

otherwise these offset bushes would work also

Smaaall update

passanger side almost clean, just little on the firewall left, that is really sticky!
just drivers floor left and under the rear seat. then sand it down and paint it.






The procon-ten brackets got away too, a Kg maybe, drivers side still on the car though.. :mischeif:

Brown spots.. is this a rust?!
If yes Quite much.
Has to be eliminated.

Maybe my way of thinking is wrong, bet I would want to ask: what really will be advantage to reduce car's weight about - let’s say - couple kgs less?

No it is not rust, it is an brown sealant that becomes darkbrown as it gets older, no rust on my car

couple of kg´s wont do much, but all the kg is less and im trying to get it to 1550kg raceready, faster braking/acceleration, the tires will hold longer, the brakes lasts longer, etc etc

Now it is only drivers front part and gearbox tunnel left, then sand everything down and go buy 2K LY3H that i can paint with brush

No front wings showing up yet, should were sent 1 week ago, and not replying my e-mails anymore, i have had this feeling before, hopefully KER innovatec will answer my e-mails or at least get my stuff here.. yeah yeah, hopefully they will come cause i really need em for motivaton now!! and it´s freaking impossible to find 17x10" rims with et 0 btw

GT500 yes, i am a bit sad that lind4hl is doing this to an RS2 aswell, but at the same time i am glad someone has the cohoonas to do the full monty and think outside the box so lind4hl

there are always better ways in doing a fatbody on the rs2. personally the one done by rs2002 with the rs4 side skirts is the best there is
