well, the car is almost 99% ready
the car pulls like a train but i have to solve one issue with VSS to can run the car normally to 7600Rpm because now without VSS and LC feature in the chips the car cuts rev limit by 6100Rpm
also is running with aquamist hfs3 75% water and 25% meth but only as a cooler because i have not custom mapping for it

well, i was spending 1 hour doing test with my S2...and it took quietly 30€ of 98 fuel
i was at my town´s industrial area...a small road without traffic.
i noticed that my car loses traction in third gear by around 5000Rpm and around 120km/h, loosing the traction for a fraction of time ,enough to make you thinking "WTF¡¡" a little scare yes... tarmac was dry and the steering wheel completely straight¡¡
so having the car with a good suspension, powerflex bushes and solid engine, box and diff mounts ...i think that the weak point now are the tires ..... a very good condition 225/40/18" Goodyear eagles F1 asimmetrics 2.....
so guys, have you ever had the same issue with your High power cars? i may need to buy semi slicks or higher quality normal tires? also wider than 225 ?
thought the tests and launches always from second gear or higher i also noticed that i have to rebuild OR buy a bigger wastegate...... because in higher gears where the engine flow is very high it cant hold the boost when i try to shift from 3 gear redline to 4th gear.... then the boost is mechanical, just the boost that your spring gives you (0.4Bar stock one or 0.9bar the harder)
when i see it, i just leave the thorttle for an instant, then WOT again and 2.2 bar again as it should.
for the moment the problem is only when shifting hard in higher gears from 3 to 4 or higher. also the screamer pipe does not sound the same as it does when it holds the boost in lower gears.....
but another example....if i try to boost the car since 2000RPm in 4th gear... the wastegate holds the boost quietly¡ so it seems the problem appears when you try to shif hard to redline or near (high boost and flow) to another.... if you boost from almost stop...then it holds nicelly.
so i need to rebuilt it for 60€ and maybe a little of porting job..... OR directly buy an aftermarket one ready for more flow.
BTW, the car is very funny to drive ¡¡

Your conclusion about the wastegate is completely wrong.
If it was too small boost would go out of control and too high, and not go down.
Your problem is most likely a sticking dump valve or sticking wastegate.
Also, I believe you mentioned problems with the ECU, which can be an issue too...Comment

buy a set of yokohama parada, same size like current. you can feel the difference on dry road. i made 1.6sec 60 feet with them.--------------------------------------------------------

can be.... tomorrow i will receive the other RS4 MAF modified ECU...and i will test it.Your conclusion about the wastegate is completely wrong.

today is happening the same... if i touch the ecu with a dry hit with a finger, the cars gets stopped
,and again turn ON ignition and running the same.
OK,then my wastegate must be old and tired...and the gas pushes it through the valve.
i had to rebuilt my old wastegate in my old 3B engine...and now this one.... i will try then...60€ is very cheap for a new wastegate.
i understand you, now enough flowing wastegate will means full boost without control
thanks DmitriRED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

about the DV...who knows... it seems to be Ok but... it is the BIG DV from Dhalback Racing.
if the rebuilding job in the wastegate does not fix the problem, then i will buy another new big DV

No, this is a wrong conclusion. The opposite is true. The wastegate tolerance is too tight so it jams if it is the wastegate.
Try to block the dump valve and see if it is better.
Check fault codes, maybe there is an overboost condition, etc.
Remember you took a highly tuned engine from one car to the other, the intake has been changed, there are problems with how it runs (too rich) and so on.
This is also why copy pasting chips is a really bad idea.Comment

Ecu received today.
I have to check if it works like it must and it doesn't stops the car with a little hit.
I'll do test later but today is the tarmac wet....
Afr at iddle is 13.5 ,with of course engine hot.RED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250
