Hi folks!
This kind of car I wanted for long time. Some 3 years I was following many Internet site comparing prises, technical conditions, possibilities.
At last one offer looked good for me in www.autoscout24.ch..
Took the trailer and went to Zurich to get this car. Good looking and good quality. Well kept. Many thanks I have to say to previous owner.
Just some small things had to be replaced.
As much as I know there are just only five RS2 in Latvia. Basically the car was bought as historical element, for Sunday driving.
At this time there are just some changes done:
Dalhback Racing cold air intake, dump valve and turbo gauge from Gerd.
More or less I’ve planned to turn to DBR in order to improve cars performance in a future. The time will tell.
Now the car is in a garage for some time. Taking my time I changed bushings, renewing CV joints, many small parts, renewing paint of car details. There are a lot of things to do.
Even if turbo charger, EM, injectors, fuel pressure regulator is still on the car, actually these parts are already sold to other Audi enthusiasts.
Any news – I will share. Nice, that some ideas I can take from projects in this forum.
As a next step is planed two different and changeable DBR chips, accordant WG springs, 3.2 bar MAP sensor, bigger MAF.
I hope this project will end up with pleasant printout from test bench.
Everybody is welcome to express criticism, suggestions and instructions.
