    Quattro Coachworks

I took my car to Ish at quattro Coachworks as per a few recommendations from forum members. I have to say I was most pleased Not only did he clear up some rust patches under the car, he also sorted out a couple of running problems. Most of all though, he did all this work in a week, something I am definitely not accustomed to.
My final bit of fettling will be a visit to Northampton Motorsport to have the car corner weighted and the geometry sorted.
Big thumbs up to Ish though

    Great, thanks guys.

I actually want it to cover some stripped out portions of the car, it looks like it conforms well. I just was not sure what it actually was called.

Thanks for the extra info Andy, looks like box carpet is what I am after.

There's box carpet and acoustic carpet. Box carpet is harder wearing but doesn't let sound through the same as acoustic carpet, which is more open and can cover speakers a la stealth shelf for the old 6be9s and lets soudnt hrough but is fluffier.

What is the black fabric called you covered the sound install with? Is it glued on?

    Thanks chaps.
Still hoping to be at the MRC meet end of the month. Just not sure the necessary work will be done by then so will have to avoid putting her on the rollers. Would still be nice to catch up with a few though!
