I keep forgetting about this, but I am needing genuine RS2 Fogs, where is the best place to get them? What are they actually off?
Also not sure that my mirrors are RS2 ones, I think they are the Porker ones, can the bases be bought from audi? And do RS2s have a converter cable from standard audi plug to porsche type in the doors, or were the RS2 looms different?

rs2 fogs are expensive new over £100 each, you can get them off I think its a 993 if your lucky.
The bases can be bought seperately, think you only need one.
speak to terrybullwon about the wiring he was going to do it a while ago, maybe he can still help.
Sapphire cos running custom 2.8litre conversion,es cos rims, raven black leather interior and 500+ with the gas turned off.

Thanks mr Ur
I thought if I can get around a hundred for mine then I'll get new ones to match the indicators. I'll need to look at the bases, I thought they were both the same but never held them next to the car yet!
Sh*t that reminds me, someone I know wants a rear bumper!
I wouldn't worry too much not a lot is happening with that thing.
Think lloyd was selling a pair on here, think one was still good out of them so might save some money. Wonder if they can be taken apart, some people seem to have good luck doing it some don't, check LHD_KID's threads.

Only problem is, the night before I left, my brakes failed
Turns out that the seal on the handbrake part of the rear caliper has gone so just got two new calipers today to fit tonight. Will this thing EVER stop swallowing money?!
On the plus side, I got the Badges from Ken, they are amazing, the quality is superb!
Replacing the brake fluid has now turned into a f**ked front caliper. The bleed nipple has stripped, or more precisely the caliper has Its in to try get helicoiled, but if not its 350 from Porker or Audi, and Audi thinks its NLA even though Porsche still do it and its next day! Fking Audi To$$ers!
Not only that, the Disco TD5 I nicked off dad has just popped up with an ABS and TC and HDC warning lamp and the wheel bearing sounds knackered, its a complete unit apparently at around 250! FFS!
OK, I have to say a big thanks to Bo, it appears *touch wood* that the replacement N75 I got from him has cleared most of my running issues! I can now pull out a thirty limit in sixth on WOT and it pulls all the way up with only a couple of misfires. I am still not convinced these are cause by faulty coils, but I have others to try. I suspect it is a fueling issue, or rather an AFR issue, possibly a dirty or on its way out MAF?
Anyway, previously even in third or fourth from thirty on WOT it would stutter like mad.
Top product Bo.
That reminds me, I am still due someone for a grille!
