We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links

yes it is Patrick from Belgium. He seems a very knowledgeable man and I got my kit from him. Not cheap, but I know a lot of work goes into making this and all the funds go topwards restoring his ur, so definitely worth it.

I heard Pat is the master of MegaSquirt on i5. He was one of the first to work on that, long before all VEMS stuff came up.
Patrick has adapted the kit to allow me to use the 016 short shift kit on the 01E. I'm sure looking at what Patrick has done with the kit, ECU's are no problem for him.
It seems there are more and more options becoming available here. KMS made to spec for similar price as VEMS (*), and Tatech T6 available from Jyrki. THen there is the route Hamish is taking - Autronic. All run sequentially.
I'm sticking with Pectel as can't sell my T6 and can't afford another £1500+ (*). It's very good but not many people know how to map it properly. Getting very confusing what is best?
