    Hi Aron,

I dont want to blaim anybody, but you said your IM imploded at 1.9bars ?? Is the chamberdesign made out of sheet alluminium ? if so what is the thickness of the IM. I just want to know because i`m making my own dual plenum and really want to know if i have to reinforce it at some week points.

    PS your enginebay looks cewl

    Cheers Cees

we maped the car to 1.9bar. everything was fine. the car like rocket.
the boost starts from early. i have 1.8 on 4000rpm .
the garret gt30r was my best choice on my car.
today, the nightmare is continue with my intake manifold.the first crack was on 0,8 bar boost about 2 month ago
and now implode on 1.9 bar boost.
i rebuilted almost the all im.
we had only one more original welding, what the builder made.:mischeif:
    that is cracked.

    i will put pictures soon.
i hope many people can learn from my bad choice.

thanks Greg. i think the long runners make the car driveable, before the boost coming.

after 650 km, still running. i am using around 0.8-1 bar boost.
the car has little over heat on 2 hours very heavy traffic.
we will fix it. very usefull on low rpm, i can shift on 2000rpm,
very driveable on street. we will make a full remap on january
    to 1.8 bar.
