I see your AFR went down to 10.1577 at the lowest point.
Any news on what failed in the engine?
yes, your right. thats what we tryed to lean, but had no time on the dyno.
we tryed to rew but after 4800rpm, the tires spined over.
i put 350kg to the car plus 4 guy. dont matter, the front tires spined.

aiaiaiaiaaaai, And I that hoped to get a ride from that beat of yours on the Nurburgring meet
I really hope you get it sorted and find the fault. Best luck to you.
the day is started very bad. i broke 2 rear halfshafts.
i said that is ok. the car is strong.
i fixed and i thinked, better if i finish this day, go home.
no, its not me. lets go, finish the maping on dyno.
this was the worst idea today.
started to work on dyno. the car is almost flyed from the machine around 4000rpm.
the tires are spined over on 4400rpm.
on the third run, blown the engine.
i think the 2.2 bar was too high on 5500rpm for the 9.0 compression engine.
now i feeling very bad, but i am happy with the results.
i had 732 nm on 4000rpm and 512hp on 5400rpm.
Sorry to hear that mate, but feckin A on those results 732 nm and 512 bhp on the same setup I'll be running except in the tall block
You've become my inspiration
I hope you fix it soon. I didn't realise you were running that high a compression!
Sorry to hear the engine blew, any idea what went in the end but will say one thing the results you was getting just beforehand was mental. Good luck with sorting it out and hope if it not anything too bad//hard to fix.

Well... after reading all these 22 pages of different opinions, comentaries, videos, photos, troubles, accidents... I might say just 3 words... OH MY GOD! Aronmatic, you did a superb job...and you did it by your self! Bud luck with those 2 accidents you had before, but drive carefully! hahaha Your car seems 2 be a lil' undriveable when you start from zero, power comes like a bunch! Take your lady to the circuit and tell us hows it goes!!!
thanks, but not exactly true. lot of my freinds and mechanics worked on this car. when i strated with this project, i didnt have any knowledge about s2. now, i know couple of things, but not much. i am learning every day. i am learning from my freinds and learning many things from this forum.(thanks for everyone )
i done lot of thing, but not all. i build a large garage on this year and i can do all work on this car and on my racecar.
the car is very driveable. i am using almost every day. my wife can go to shopping with it,if she wants. i can go with 15liter gasoline 100km, if i am not crazy(it happened 2 times).

The Audi Race cars use a thrust linkage. Greatly helps prevent boost leaks by taking the stress of the hose connections and clamps. Clamps, beads and hoses isn't a good way to hold pipe together under pressure. I've not had one single boost leak when using these linkages. Only Hoses and clamps is just a matter of time till one comes loose.
Cool. Still the GT30R? When do you get full boost? Around 4500 if I read your movie tacho right
yes. that is the best turbo. i have .86a/r hotside on this stroker.
i have 2.0 bar on 3500. its goes like crazy. much different like on the video.

If I could make one quick suggestion. The 90deg Hose on the Intercooler exit. You might consider replacing that with an aluminum bend welded to the intercooler. Then use a regular straight hose section to connect the next pipe. I can't see that staying put. And I'm a big believer in linkages supplementing the hose clamps.
thanks james. yes. your right. i planed to put an aluminum pipe, but i cant get at that time.
can you tell me , what clamps you mean?
any pics?
