everybody said, impossible to change the old aircon system to the newer.
now its working perfect. almost everything was plug and play.
    not a difficult thing.

WHat did your plugs look like, they could tell if detonation was a problem. Is there any way debries from your damaged piston could have entered the other cylinders?

Ceramic coating of pistons would give them better resistance against high temperatures.

the pistons are fitted to 0.05mm in the block.
    that is perfect. experts made.

i had very small ignition angle on high boost area.
    its around 8-10derees.
i will try 25-28degrees and lower boost next time.
its may help to lower the temperature in cylinder.

    any idea?
There can be several reasons. Like detonation, preignition, material flaw, design flaw, etc.

Also it can be expansion issue, like Jamo said.

It has the spool up of a 2871 on a 2,2 engine, it spools better than a 3071 on a 2,2 engine, and it would be nice to see the whole rpm graph at one time. I bet it is a wild thing to ride!

Best wishes for your further development!

That's very very very interesting to hear, Hope the new engine holds up Aron what an earth cause the piston to do that?????

I know Ross pistons expand more than JE pistons, there's a thread on here about it something to do with silicon content.
