LOL, of course, sorry. Not sure what the problem could be then. RS2 setups normally produce good boost at about 3000rpm upwards. If it is only doing it at 5k+ then something is wrong with the setup.

        It' has a KKK K26/27 built from a 10VT K26, 600cc injectors, 1.7-1.9 bar boost... etc.

Quite large injectors there... I´ve been told that it´d be best to go with smallest possible injectors to get good spray. RS2 injectors (440cc/3,8bar) are good for about 450hp.

So I´d say those injectors are out of tune with rest of the package.

It is ok...We can make same boost in low rpm with some map modification, but how many boost do you have between 5600-7200? I think max 1.4-1.5 bar...

Of course possible make many program for one motor, but must be know first, what is the intention. Big torque for city use, or high hp for racing...

What is your best with your car in 1/8mph and 1/4mph? Have you any diagram with gtech, or in dyno?

Why not big torque AND high hp? If it is possible to make a map that gives high torque and a map that gives high hp it should be possible to make a map with the best of both worlds?

                  Cheers,

I think together not possible in same RPM with this relative small engine. It is only 2230cc, you know it.

If we're talking about just map settings, the best possible map will give max torque and hp.
Different settings on cams and turbo size etc. can trade torque vs. HP, but not the mapping alone. If it does it's not perfectly mapped

                        Cheers,
                        Roger

I understand, what do you say, but i mean, not possible make big torque and big hp in same RPM.

Yes, but i think, if audiman have factory motor, with factory compression, and he got about in 3800rpm 2.1bar boost with kkk26/27, his car not mapped to maximum hp.

Hey, Audiman's car is running lower compression ratio and his engine (as are all 3Bs/ABYs/AANs/ADUs) is 2200cc, not 2300.

Tom's car is running 2.1 Bar at 3800 RPM because I wanted it to run that much, WHAT THE **** u talking about "not mapped to maximum HP"? Do you know something about mapping yourself?

Sorry Aron, but I can't tune your car remotely, a generic setup for what you have is not feasible and travelling to Hungary is a little too far for me at this time when I spend more time travelling between home, Holland, France and Germany.

And apparently, Petya seems to know lots of stuff with regards to programming of 20vt ECUs, so maybe he could help you?
