Does somebody has S2 intake manifold measurements? Length and width. And what power level this intake is suitable?

You won't max out any of the inlet manifolds, even the stock ABY one has been used in 600-700 bhp applications

Too much work to do still --> too much money will be spent. This is not a good time for this project in my life. Difficult decision to make
