i wanted to do the pin swap at first, but it suits better for me to chip my ECU at the moment. i have plenty other jobs to do that are keeping me busy, i plan on doing a coil conversion eventually,

Full set of bump stops for front along with two new slotted nuts and washers 120 € lol
. Fitted the subframe today so first part put on car in months 
, shocks tomorow hopefully so then I can assemble front struts,

Coupe and avant have completely different suspension at the rear.
Koni adjustables are a really good option for the coupe and we have a good setup

Subframe is now back on car with and engine and gearbox attached to it once again.
New list of jobs..
MAF wire broken
Boost leak test kit, buy or make, have acces to diving bottles if they work ?
Replace missing clips on air box or upgrade ?
Make crank locking tool and do belt
Finish front wheel bearing drama, I have no press or access to one
Finish whisbone bushing change to powerflex
Free track rod end adjuster
Re assemble struts with shocks, have a question about a washer location on the strut assembly!
Lots to do a lots more still after that but it was glorious today to hear her run again

I just opend my crank bolt with a long half inch ratchet
It wasn't to spec, or any where near it
Was just trying tool for holding crank and it spun loose!!

Well belt and pulley are now off and it looks like no harm done, keyway was intact and no cracks on toothed pulley, will replace it anyway, what I did notice is there was no washer behind the crank bolt?
Will double check timing before refiting belt !

And key way intact no cracks !

Yes they arent cheap about £30 these days 034 105 193. Easiest is to undo the 4 bolts on front of pulley to remove washerGreg
