in order to use full potential of the turbo (i'm not even sure that you even can reach the potential with these inj.) you have to run them on 100% duty which is not save, the risk of inj. fail is to big! Specially for track/drag car constantly on full boost. My advice is that you have to consider upgrade to 630cc....

Okay the car is chipped to about 1.5 bar.

This will be enough with 440 cc.

BUT when i want to upgrate to about 2 bar,
Then i will need bigger injectors.
Advice is 750 cc BOsch NO DEKA 630 ! HE says.

Lower the steering pump and use a shorter belt

Dont have a steering pump from an ABY OR 3b.

I have a AAN setup so far as i can see is that a fiksed setup with 3 bolts.
Also have a Automatic belt tensioner...

Phelonic intake manifold spacer would lift the intake manifold up and out slightly.

Would need to check that would be enough, and that you have space to move it up.

How much HP And torque can my engine hold ?

The pistons are skimmed 1 mm off, ( not in the middle offcourse )
New bearings, H Beam Rods,Engine honed, New pirston rings. RS2 headgasket etc etc..
Im gonna drive with a holset HX35 , 3 1/2 inch downpipe, stock wastegaste etc.

Dont know the compression now ? I believe normal is 9.3: 1 ?

Originally the engine is an AAN Urs4 engine.
