Update time 
Thanks to Martin and Steve for leading a hand and time to boost leak the car.
So I have a leak... Many leaks
Dump value blanking plug bubbling away. Been removed and stock item put back in
ICV pipe running underneath no clamp at all. Clamp fitted no bubbling
Maf hose on first inspection showed bubbling on the rubber connect to the N75. Closer inspection showed no splits but nice clamp marks. Tighten up and retested. No leaks from the hose but.... The housing of the N75 is leaking from everywhere.
So found some leaks, fixed some. And might fingers crossed found the cause of my boosting issue. A replace unit needed.
Tested the car, ran better. Holding 1.2 bar dropping off quicker in low gears. Fifth gear full load holds 1.2 bar slight drop to 1.1/1 bar. But the boost is trying to hit the 1.4 but can't hold it.
So hopefully due to the nature of the car the N75 is the sole issue along with other leaks.
Seeing the ICV has always been leaking and I guess the DV also, the car I hope should run better than it's ever been.
