You will want a brace from the cam cover to the wastegate to take some of the load and stress off the header welds close to the head. Otherwise, they will break, sooner than later.

I will make them after i put my 7A cam cover,would love to hear your opinions on modifing 7a cam cover since its not same like stock aan?

If you run the 2.0TFSI coils, the holes in the 7A cam cover need to be machined a bit to accept the sealing boots on the coilpacks.

You also need to add a cam cover breather tube at the back of the 7A cam cover *AND* an external PCV vapour tube.

Yes i use TFSI coils,and again yes,i was thinking on tube's for breather and PCV.Will need to work something out.

relocation the breather tube on the cam cover would be a great idea to avoid slosh effect.I'm going to mods on my AAN cam cover soon.

Atm i am waithing for injectors to arive and then to order oil lines for turbo,biger oil cooler and oil lines for him to.Then exhaust and new IC pipes etc etc

I am glad to see someone building the engine. There is much much work and lots of nerves, but when you see it going, then you feel like you have a new child
Then you drive a few days and think why the hell I didn't put bigger turbo

Honestly i dont know,i work evry day 12h+ and have a lot of work around house,but at end of the day,its Audi-my litle baby
