Picture of the new front (part 1). Tomorrow another dyno tuning
In the last 3 weeks the work on the car was:
- new front strut tower bar
- Torsen for the front axle in 01E gear box
- new bigger intercooler ( 600 x 300 x 100 mm )
- bigger air inlet in front bumper
- new short pipes form turbo to IC and form IC to throttle
- swirl tank with new pump (Bosch 044 + 040)
- new stronger pressure plate in clutch
- stronger wastegate spring

When the fuel was around it 1/2 tank and on the fast corner (100-120 km/h) the fuel pump made specific noise. The same noise it is making when there is no or very little fuel. It happen to me a few times so I decided to fix that problem so I won't happen again. I don't want to loose the another engine

I really like this. I'm hoping for a similar look/style with my car.
Forgive me this question, but I bought a quattro without ever driving one. Do you have to mod the rear diff to go so sideways?

I all depends on you power There is a mod that seals the stock diff in rear in higher speeds also. This will defiantly help. http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56997
