UrS4 2.2T Sedan project

Today, with the help of my father we took the RS2 and Urs4 to a local Audi/VW old-timer meeting at a VW dealer in Malmö. Not so much Audi but fun to talk and meet others with the same interest. Cars behaved nice and the weather was good

Looks like that oem fan (electric/mechanical) need to go as they are two electric fans in the front. Looks awesome and he also got the ac-system/kondensor as I have. I wonder how you manage the wiring and control of the fan. Maybe he just reuse the stockwiring to two new fans.
the control for the ac-fan is somewhere around the internalfan?

I think, he controls the Fan with his Vems.

Yeah, that is looking good! And the numbers to. If i was building the car today i would have gone for that IC. Now i run some china IC, but im thinking of buying a Setrab IC core and let a fabricator make a copy of the one i have today. Spoke to a person who works for Setrab and he told me that their IC cores was doing good on tests. But thats npt going to happen this year i think.

Ok, think i saw it some where. Is it a thin IC, looks like a regular watercooler?
Any numbers on the intercooler?

I have some logfiles from pulls on the highway. Like 60-200km/h. I can upload them later today. I have a temp sensor on the outlet of the turbo, so you can see how much heat the IC takes away. But I think I remember the highest temp I saw. It was like 160c out of the turbo and 60c in the intake. This was after several pulls and maybe at 230km/h full throttle. Then I let off because of the speed.

Hi, yes, we have cold summer's in Sweden If I could I would have saved it. But I didn't wanted to cut the bumper.
