How is it going? Summer is knocking on the door!

The project is alive and got a package from Albert some weeks ago , with parts for handling,

Waiting for price for öhlins suspension then the project will moove forward, the to do list is

-new fuel pump

- full repaint except carbon hood/front fenders

-custom made exhaust system (maybe not really needed but would like to get a nice looking one)

-weld preassure pipes/new intercooler fastening

Time is still an issue i live in a diffrent town tham the car (1½h away) and i work all over finland and abroad so its not so easy ...

But the the project is still alive and the goal is to get the old lady on the road this summer track days and some cruising

Okey! Sound like you have your hands full. You going for the same colour? Öhlins sounds really nice.. Will it be a special made suspension or do they have a finished solution for the S2?
I hope you will post some moore pics soon. Work is secondary, car work is first

s0_big today i got an price from öhlins , and it looks like im gonna get them, they did not have anything ready in production so they only gonna make theese for me i guess.. should ask them if they can engrave my name on the shocks maby we should start an group buy thread to get the price down...
Colour will absolutly NOT be the same i hate this pokemon lambo colour new colour will be a porsche colour code yepp pics will come when i get things done soon going abroad for couple weeks so will not happen so much though

I'm looking in to buy kw V.1 to my RS2, if you could pm me some info about your price and contact info about Öhlins I would appreciate that. Maybe Öhlins would be an option for me.
My cars are almost ready for summer. Maybe 4 hours work and I have both on the street. So I'm happy with that

A little update old suspension removed and now waiting for new öhlins(road and track series) will be abit of custom made because öhlins does not do "mass production" to the s2 so öhlins will send shocks/springs to a guy here in finland and he will then fabricate so it fit the s2 will probably take a round ~1 month til i have them feels good to get the project abit forward,

What brake update do u guys recommend gonna be driving track/street guess it does not excist any "plug and play" solution for the rear brakes?

all not so much going on , still waiting for the new suspension been over an month now so

But one good news is that i will moove to an new garage much better place, but the garage is still in another town were i live 1½h drive but this place is gonna be much better and hopefully bringing back the motivativation to be in the garage

Yepp! Got info last week that nothing has happend öhlins work only 2 days a week now in theese times so

Yepp but knowing nothing has happend after 1 ½ months waiting and got promised everything will be ready after 1 month is not fun but as you say hope it will be worth the wait
